Can I go visit the property before I make a purchase?

Yes, of course! Please feel free to visit the property at your convenience prior to making your purchase. We encourage this when possible, and provide GPS coordinates and maps on each property page under the “Location” information. If you need more help locating the property, we are happy to help.

Is someone able to meet me at a property, or help me find it?

Due to the nationwide span and the remote locations of our properties, we are not able to meet you at a property, however, you are welcome to visit the property you are interested in at any time that’s convenient for you. The street address, GPS coordinates, and directions can be found on the property page under the “Location” information. Feel free to contact us should you need additional assistance locating a property.

Are there any liens on the property?

No. All of our properties are free from liens or any other encumbrances.

Can I buy from you even if I don’t live in the state the property is in?

Yes! You can purchase a property no matter where you live. We’ve even had buyers from other countries purchase land from us.

How do I qualify for monthly payments?

Everyone qualifies for an installment payment plan on a property. No credit check is required.

How do I purchase a property?

Once you’ve decided on the right property, you can check out directly on the property page by clicking on "Reserve Property Now". if you want the cash discount (paid in full) price. Please feel free to contact us for all payment options. Email: [email protected]

What happens after I purchase the property on the website?

We have flexible options for you to make your monthly installment payments. Our preferred method is to ACH withdraw the installment from your bank account. We also accept credit or debit cards and have other methods for you to make your monthly installment.

Does the property have utilities?

Most of our properties have utilities at the easement and are referenced in the property description. Unless indicated in the description, the rural properties we represent do not have utilities. They’re perfect for a solar- or wind-powered “green getaway.”

Are mineral rights included?

Mineral rights are not included. However, the area has been geologically investigated and nothing of value has been found. We have never found this to be an issue with any of the properties we have sold.

Can I raise animals and crops on the property?

Yes, if the property is zoned for agriculture and recreation. You can do almost anything you’d like with it, including installing a manufactured home or trailer. Please do your due diligence. We put what the zoning is and what we know about the restrictions on each property page.

Is land a safer investment than the stock market?

Some of the wealthiest people on earth got their start in real estate, and for good reason. Simply put, they’re not making any more land. There is a finite supply, and as the world’s population grows, rural, undeveloped land will likely become even more valuable.

How much are the property taxes and/or HOA?

On each property page, it will list the approximate property taxes per year. And if there is a HOA, it will also list that amount annually too.

Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?

We’ve simplified the buying process with straightforward, easy-to-read contracts. Of course, we encourage you to hire a professional if you think it’s necessary, but we’ve done our best to make the process easy for anyone to understand.

How do I make arrangements to inspect the property before I buy it?

Your property isn’t “locked in” until we receive your down payment. Before making arrangements to see a specific parcel, we strongly encourage you to pay your down payment to ensure that the property hasn’t been sold to someone else by the time you arrive. (Remember, your down payment is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.) We’ll then make arrangements with you to visit the property at your own expense. Will give you maps, GPS coordinates, and we can connect you with a local surveyor.
